Job Summary: We are seeking an Application Engineer to provide contractual service, technical support, and on-site problem resolution for customers to optimize products and solutions. On-site chemical analysis and controls At **ECOLAB**, we are seeking an **Application Engineer** for our **Nalco Water \- Mining** division in **San Juan.** **Responsibilities** * Provide contractual service and customer assistance with problem resolution support related to the Company's products / applications / solutions. * Ensure implementation of our standards across all customers. * Collaborate closely with and support the district sales team. * Evaluate and resolve field issues on-site at customer locations to restore systems to customer compliance. * Conduct on-site chemical analysis and controls. * Assist in preparing reports detailing technical issues and solutions to initiate necessary product corrective modifications and/or recommended process changes. Document value delivered to the customer whenever possible. * Provide installation resource services based on project requirements to meet customer needs.
