Position Summary: We are seeking an Application Engineer to deliver contractual service and technical support to customers, ensuring standards compliance and on-site problem resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support and problem resolution to customers. 2. Perform on-site chemical analysis and controls. 3. Evaluate and resolve field issues. At **ECOLAB**, we are seeking an **Application Engineer** for our **Nalco Water \- Mining** division in **San Juan.** **Responsibilities** * Deliver contractual service and customer assistance with technical problem resolution related to the Company's products / applications / solutions. * Ensure implementation of our standards across all customers. * Collaborate closely with and support the district sales team. * Evaluate and resolve field issues at customer sites to restore systems to customer compliance. * Perform on-site chemical analysis and controls. * Assist in preparing reports detailing technical issues and solutions to initiate necessary product corrective modifications and/or recommended process changes. Document value delivered to the customer whenever possible. * Provide installation resource services based on project requests required to meet customer needs.
