Contact with customers and suppliers We are currently looking for a Logistics Analyst to join a company in constant growth and expansion, located at its Plant in Pilar: Main Responsibilities: • Inventory control of goods during loading and unloading of transport • Control of finished product labels at the time of dispatch • Tracking of Raw Materials, Supplies, and Finished Products, strictly adhering to the FIFO system. • Contact with customers and sales representatives • Order preparation • Route sheet preparation • Transportation management • Receipt and dispatch of goods • Management of truck checklists • Participation in supplier evaluation (counting ticket) • Management of delivery notes • Periodic activity reports • Inventories • Warehouse management • Waste management (transport) • Management of truck checklists • Raw Materials consumption reports • Traceability control • Stock control • Physical inventories of Raw Materials • Liaison with Purchasing for ordering supplies • Workwear management • Special Raw Materials stock reports to Management Employment Conditions: • Direct employment with the company: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 • Health insurance plan • Meal vouchers • Salary to be agreed upon. -Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 30 years old Driver's licenses: B1, B2 Keywords: administrative, logistics, logistica
