Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and responsible Geriatric Assistant to care for individuals with neurological disabilities at a therapeutic home. Key Points: 1. Opportunity for additional shifts to cover vacations/leaves At **Florida II Therapeutic Home**, an institution dedicated to caring for individuals with neurological disabilities, we are currently seeking a GERIATRIC ASSISTANT to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Resident hygiene and comfort * Serving snacks, afternoon tea, and dinner. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in homes, residential facilities, geriatric centers, or day centers. * Knowledge of caring for people with disabilities. * Commitment, responsibility, and good interpersonal treatment. * Availability to work additional shifts. **Schedule:** * Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. * Days off: 6 per month (every Tuesday + the 4th weekend) **Conditions:** * Take-home salary: $ 827.440,20 \- salary according to Health Union Agreement 122/75 * Holiday pay * Non-remunerative bonus of $90,000 * Opportunity to work additional shifts (coverage for vacations/leaves) Workplace: On-site employment
