We are looking for candidates who enjoy challenges and working in a dynamic, market-leading company. **Responsibilities:** * Provide necessary information to ensure customer satisfaction. * Support customers contacting the call center regarding complaints, claims, or inquiries; retain requests for service cancellation. * Relay the customer's voice to other departments within the company. * Active listening. **Competencies:** * Conflict resolution and management. * Customer orientation and service mindset. * Commercial aptitude. * Call center experience exceeding 1 year (mandatory). **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * University student (preferred). * Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Office suite). * Part-time work schedule: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (availability to work weekends mandatory). * Hybrid work mode; in-person training for the first 3 months. * Residing in the Northern Zone or surrounding areas (preferred).
