We seek a proactive, responsible individual capable of resolving critical problems, who can add value in server administration, database management, programming, and security systems. Job Responsibilities: • Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and networks. • Server administration and maintenance. • Database management and support. • Security camera support and configuration. • Critical incident diagnosis and resolution. • Collaboration with Levels 1 and 2 support. • Documentation of technical procedures and case tracking.
