This role is critical to ensuring that the procurement process operates with accuracy, traceability, and control. Responsibilities: - Enter purchase orders into the system - Track supplier orders - Manage documentation (delivery notes, invoices, supporting documents) - Record information in the management system (Odoo) - Coordinate goods receipt with the warehouse - Identify and report process deviations - Maintain administrative order and traceability - Support the procurement team in operational tasks Requirements: Education: Studies in Administration or Logistics (desirable) Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative and procurement tasks (desirable) Strong communication and negotiation skills.
