Real opportunities for professional development We are looking for an Accounting Auditor for e-commerce to support the recording, reconciliation, and analysis of the operations of the group's various brands, ensuring accurate accounting registration, compliance with regulations, and control of key processes. Main Responsibilities: -Reconciliation and composition of account balances related to e-commerce, including all active brands. -Monthly reconciliation of Mercado Pago accounts and analysis of discrepancies. -Recording and monitoring of tax withholdings. -Accounting for gross revenue. -Management and tracking of tax withholding refunds. -Verification that all e-commerce sales are correctly invoiced. -Monitoring and tracking of inventory and shipments, with focus on correct accounting allocation of variances. -Updating employee records on platforms and supporting administrative processes related to e-commerce operations. You will be a great fit for this role if you have: -An academic background as a student or graduate in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. -Prior experience in accounting tasks, reconciliations, or auditing (ideally within e-commerce environments). -Intermediate proficiency in Excel (mandatory). -Knowledge or experience with platforms such as Shopify, Mercado Pago, or similar. -Analytical, organized profile with strong attention to detail. -Ability to manage information across multiple brands and large volumes of data.
