Finning, a strategic partner of CATERPILLAR and a leader in equipment distribution and services, is seeking top talent to fulfill the role of **Operations Supervisor, Catamarca Work Zone**. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the safety of assigned personnel. You will receive and interpret medium- and short-term planning programs. You will organize work and human resources according to received directives. You will monitor compliance with the short-term program. You will collaborate with the engineering department to ensure proper operation of equipment undergoing maintenance. **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Receive the PM folder and scheduled Backlog list. * Receive shift-change reports and updates on pending tasks from the previous shift. * Communicate with the client and coordinate equipment transfer to the worksite for scheduled maintenance execution. * Review available human resources for the shift; request additional resources from the Operations Manager if necessary. * Conduct an initial meeting to organize and assign tasks to the PM team. * Review resources: workplace hygiene, resource allocation, tools in the work area, support equipment for PM, etc. * Review AST or ART documents for signature and validation. * Receive special tools and/or PM kit spare parts, and direct them to the PM Leader for inspection and acceptance. * Review pending Backlogs in AMT and the Backlog Kardex to ensure execution. * Monitor PM personnel activities during task execution. * Complete missing information and submit spare parts requisition forms to the Warehouse and/or special tools to the Store. **Requirements:** * Technical education in electromechanics or mechanics. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions and industries. * Full-time availability to work on a 14x14 roster. * Residency in the Catamarca region or neighboring provinces. * Familiarity with client and company Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies. * Knowledge of, ability to apply, and participation in HSEQ audits for risk identification and mitigation. * Knowledge and application of applicable client and Finning standards and procedures. * Knowledge of scheduled maintenance strategy. * Knowledge of equipment maintenance and its applications. * Ability to interpret Gantt charts. * Proficiency in computer tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Cat Inspec, and SIS. * Knowledge of maintenance and repair models. * Knowledge and application of business operations. * Basic proficiency in management software (AMT, SAP). * Ability to analyze and interpret variables, KPIs, and management targets. * Knowledge of operational Standard Jobs. * Knowledge of particulate contamination limits for fluids and components. * Knowledge of corporate contaminant control programs. * Knowledge of CAT best practices (contaminant control). * Analytical capability and responsiveness to changes and/or adjustments in activities. * Ability to identify customer expectations (internal and external). * Create personal value within the company through one's own work. * Knowledge of backlog administration objectives and processes. * Knowledge of asset management and maintenance strategies. * Intermediate spoken and written technical English.
