Job Summary: We are seeking QA/QC specialists (Piping/Pipelines/Civil, Electrical/Instrumentation, Painting) and Pre-commissioning/Commissioning specialists to ensure quality compliance in projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure project quality compliance. 2. Develop and manage the Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP). 3. Manage quality documentation and databooks. Positions Sought 1. QA/QC Piping/Pipelines – Civil 2. QA/QC Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) 3. Pre-commissioning/Commissioning Specialist 4. QA/QC Painting Common Responsibilities Ensure compliance with quality requirements per project engineering, technical standards, and client specifications. Develop, implement, and enforce the Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), and procedures throughout project execution. Plan activities, develop schedules, analyze schedule adherence, and take corrective actions when necessary. Prepare and manage quality documentation, including databooks. Position-Specific Responsibilities QA/QC Piping/Pipelines – CivilExperience and Knowledge: Manufacturing processes for pipelines, piping, structures, vessels, and tanks. Welding/material traceability and civil releases (e.g., concrete pouring, rebar installation, formwork, etc.). Non-destructive testing (NDT), materials inspection, visual weld inspection, dimensional control, and hydrostatic/pneumatic testing. Knowledge of ASME VIII/IX, AWS D1.1, API 1104, ASME B31.3/4/8, and CIRSOC. QA/QC Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I)Experience: Electrical testing (cable meggering, PAT/PCDA measurements, etc.). Releases and installation of conduits, cable laying, panels, instruments, etc. QA/QC Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I)Experience: Electrical testing (cable meggering, PAT/PCDA measurements, etc.). Releases and installation of conduits, cable laying, panels, instruments, etc. Pre-commissioning/Commissioning SpecialistExperience: Preparation and management of pre-commissioning/commissioning procedures and documents. / Interaction with client representatives and management of pending items. / Compilation of pre-commissioning, commissioning, and PEM dossiers. / Management of systems and subsystems according to specialty (process, pipelines, piping, mechanical, and E&I). QA/QC PaintingExperience and Knowledge: Quality control in industrial painting and coating processes. Inspection and evaluation of surface preparation and coating application. Conducting tests and inspections to verify adhesion, thickness, and other coating properties.
