As they continue to expand, they are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Property Coordinator to support their Regional and Property Management teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, enjoys working with data and operations, and wants to play a key role in supporting the performance of a large property portfolio. #### **Position Overview** The Property Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support across a portfolio of residential communities. This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate property information, coordinating reporting processes, tracking key operational metrics, and ensuring communication flows effectively between leadership and on\-site teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. #### **Key Responsibilities** ##### **Administrative \& Operational Support** * Provide day\-to\-day administrative support to Regional Managers and Property Managers. * Maintain accurate records across company systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools. * Track and organize property operations, resident information, compliance documentation, and operational updates. * Ensure occupancy data, collections, sales activity, and other property information are updated regularly. * Assist with operational meetings, follow\-up items, and portfolio initiatives. * Coordinate communication between regional leadership and on\-site teams. * Monitor deadlines and help ensure timely completion of operational requests and projects. ##### **Reporting \& Data Management** * Prepare and compile weekly portfolio reports for leadership review. * Collect and verify information from property and regional management teams. * Track key performance indicators including: + Occupancy + Delinquencies + Collections + Home sales + Work orders + Property violations + Other operational metrics * Identify missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate information and follow up as needed. * Maintain reporting templates, dashboards, and operational spreadsheets. ##### **Team Collaboration** * Partner closely with Property Managers to support daily operations. * Communicate professionally and effectively with leadership and site teams. * Support special projects and company\-wide initiatives. * Contribute ideas and processes that improve organization and operational efficiency. #### **Qualifications** ##### **Required** * 2\+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, coordination, or support role. * Strong organizational and time\-management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment. * Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. * Ability to analyze, organize, and present data effectively. * Self\-starter who can work independently while collaborating with remote teams. ##### **Preferred** * Experience in property management, real estate operations, housing, or related industries. * Exposure to residential community management, multifamily housing, or manufactured housing portfolios. * Experience supporting multi\-site operations.
