Job Summary: We are seeking an autonomous and responsible construction worker with experience in multiple trades and the ability to resolve on-site tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in multiple trades: masonry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, etc. 2. Ability to independently carry out general repairs 3. Responsibility and commitment, with flexibility to travel QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CONSTRUCTION WORKER ( WITH ACTIVE MONOTRIBUTO OR WILLINGNESS TO REGISTER) Technical and operational skills ✅ Proficiency in multiple trades: masonry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, durlock, etc. (WILL BE EVALUATED) ✅ Proper use of manual and electric tools ✅ Ability to independently carry out general repairs ✅ Knowledge of materials and traditional and modern construction techniques ✅ Ability to make simple technical decisions on-site \-\-\- Organizational skills ✅ Time management and adherence to deadlines Personal and attitudinal qualities ✅ Responsibility and commitment ✅ Flexibility to travel domestically (EXCLUSIVE REQUIREMENT) Basic technology proficiency (WhatsApp, photos, digital work reports) Employment type: Full-time, Permanent Education: * Completed secondary education (Preferred) **Exclusive requirements:** * Proven experience in construction projects, building maintenance, and general work. * Knowledge of masonry, painting, durlock, electrical work, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks. * Availability to travel throughout the country. * Availability to work weekends and night shifts when required by the project. * Active monotributo or willingness to register for it. * Responsibility, commitment, and professional appearance. * Ability to work in a team and adapt to different work environments. **Important:** **We seek candidates with proven on-site construction and maintenance experience. This position requires autonomy, responsibility, and the ability to resolve tasks independently in the field.
