Job Objective: You will be responsible for evaluating, optimizing, and innovating current dishes, developing new proposals that elevate the quality, presentation, and variety of our menu, while consistently adhering to food safety standards for gluten-free (TACC-free) products. Main Responsibilities: Analyze and improve current recipes and processes. Design and implement new culinary options aligned with the brand identity. Ensure the quality, flavor, and presentation of each dish. Supervise and train the kitchen team. Monitor costs, supplies, and raw material yield. Guarantee compliance with gluten-free food handling regulations. Requirements: Culinary education (mandatory). Proven experience as a Chef or Head Chef. Knowledge of gluten-free cooking (preferred). Creative, innovative profile with a focus on continuous improvement. Leadership and teamwork skills. Organizational skills and results-oriented mindset.
