We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with experience in electromechanical maintenance to work at our company TECNOLOGIA EN OBRA. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and performing maintenance tasks on construction machinery and tools, ensuring proper operation of equipment and machinery. The candidate must possess technical training in mechanics, electricity, or related fields, and have demonstrable experience in electromechanical maintenance. Required capabilities include diagnosing technical problems, performing repairs and preventive maintenance, as well as coordinating with suppliers and external service providers when necessary. This is an on-site position requiring regular attendance at the company’s facilities during standard working hours. The Maintenance Supervisor is expected to maintain a high level of attention to detail, work independently and collaboratively within a team, and demonstrate a proactive attitude toward efficiently resolving technical issues.
