




Job Summary: We are seeking a Fleet Management Analyst to manage and support the corporate fleet, coordinating maintenance activities and managing documentation in collaboration with various internal departments. Coordinate maintenance activities and control fleet expenses Zielteck S.A. is currently looking for a Fleet Management Analyst to join the Fleet Operations Direct Sale department of a major automotive company located in Córdoba. · Responsibilities Manage and provide support for the corporate fleet. Handle procedures with the Motor Vehicle Registry and third-party agencies. Track vehicle assignments, usage, and availability. Coordinate administrative management of preventive and corrective maintenance with dealerships and internal workshops. Manage mandatory vehicle documentation jointly with relevant internal departments. Support claims and insurance management. Monitor invoicing, expenses, and cost allocations related to the fleet. Prepare operational and tracking reports. Maintain regular communication with internal departments including Administration, Workshop, Supply Chain, Safety, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Legal. · Requirements Advanced student or graduate in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in administrative or analytical roles. Intermediate Excel proficiency. General knowledge of vehicle management (preferred). Analytical, organized, and proactive profile.
