G4S An Allied Universal Company, a global leader in designing and operating integrated security solutions, with worldwide presence and over 50 years of local experience and operations across the country, seeks a Crisis Management Analyst for an important role located in the microcenter of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Key responsibilities include: Incident Management and Monitoring: Detect and respond to incidents in real time, collecting and correlating intelligence from diverse sources. Communication and Escalation: Draft reports and communicate updates to response teams (security, resilience, facilities, and technology) via internal platforms. Crisis Support: Facilitate crisis management teleconferences by providing weather, travel, and security data, as well as logistical support in coordinating exercises. Traveler Security: Track, assist, and advise international travelers regarding regional security issues. Prevention and Investigation: Monitor external media to proactively identify threats and classify/escalate cases of workplace violence. Requirements: Languages: Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to clearly present information to diverse audiences. Work Profile: High adaptability in fast-paced and dynamic environments, meeting tight deadlines. Candidates must be autonomous, proactive, organized, and possess strong critical thinking skills to solve problems. Ethics and Discretion: Excellent handling of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters. Tools: Experience using Microsoft Office suite. Portuguese language proficiency (Desirable). Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) (Desirable). Strong interest and knowledge in geopolitics, intelligence, and corporate resilience (Desirable).
