What will be your main challenges? • Welcome and support new members on their first day, delivering an excellent experience from the very beginning. • Design customized training programs aligned with each member’s goals. • Supervise and correct the proper execution of exercises in the gym. • Provide alternatives and continuous support throughout the training session. • Promote a motivating, safe, and wellness-oriented environment for our members. What are we looking for? • Degree in Physical Education, Physical Trainer, Sports Technician, or related fields. • Experience or interest in training and customer service. • Availability to work opening or closing shifts at the gym. • Availability to work weekends on a rotating basis. • Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and service orientation.
