Group Class Instructor – Smart Fit Argentina Are you a fitness professional with energy, vocation, and the ability to motivate groups of people? At Smart Fit Argentina, we are looking for a Group Class Instructor to join our team and deliver dynamic, engaging, and effective workouts. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching group classes, promoting movement, rhythm, and student well-being, and creating positive and motivating experiences in every class. Responsibilities Conduct group classes in a dynamic, safe, and engaging manner. Guide and motivate students during workouts. Ensure correct execution of movements. Foster a positive, energetic atmosphere aligned with company values. Meet Smart Fit’s quality and service standards. Requirements Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education (mandatory). Minimum 1 year of experience in group classes. Important: Ability to dance and strong sense of rhythm and coordination. Strong communication skills, energy, and willingness to work collaboratively.
