A leading official automotive dealership located in Palermo, CABA, is seeking to hire a Marketing Manager. We are targeting professionals with proven leadership experience in Marketing roles, preferably within the automotive sector and dealerships. Key Responsibilities Design and lead the Marketing and Communications strategic plan. Develop campaigns to strengthen brand and dealership positioning. Lead the Digital Marketing, Social Media, and lead generation strategy. Plan, implement, and monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Analyze marketing metrics, KPIs, and ROI. Coordinate commercial activities, product launches, events, and brand activations. Collaborate closely with Sales and After-Sales departments to generate commercial opportunities. Coordinate agencies, suppliers, and external resources. Propose new strategies focused on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. Prepare management reports and present results to senior management. Requirements Proven experience in Marketing Management/Head of Marketing roles. Experience in dealerships, automotive OEMs, or companies in the automotive sector is especially valued. Experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, and lead generation. Experience leading teams and coordinating agencies/suppliers. Strategic, analytical, creative, and results-oriented profile. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Willingness to work onsite in Palermo, CABA.
