Job Summary: We seek a proactive, analytical, and creatively spirited candidate to join our Talent Management team. Your mission will be to provide comprehensive support in identifying training needs, designing, and executing training programs that enhance the skills of our customer service and support teams. This is a role with strong emphasis on learning and professional development within the department. Your main challenges: Annual Plan Execution: Collaborate in implementing training schedules across various departments. Creative Design: Conceptualize and produce instructional content, high-impact presentations, and supporting materials (guides, manuals, group activities). Logistics Management: Coordinate venues, materials, participant invitations, and attendance tracking. Analytics and KPI Support: Input and analyze attendance data, satisfaction surveys, and training effectiveness metrics to generate departmental reports. NDT (Needs Detection): Assist the Talent Management team in identifying competency gaps. Requirements Education: Advanced students (final years) in Human Resources, Education Sciences, Social Communication, Psychology, or related fields. Experience: At least 1 year of prior experience in training-related tasks, preferably in services, retail, or customer service sectors (mandatory). Profile: Creative: To propose fresh, engaging teaching methods—not boring ones. Analytical and structured: To manage the sequencing of training plans and compliance data.
