




Position Summary: End-to-end project management, construction execution, and team coordination, pursuing innovation and continuous improvement in engineering. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end engineering project management. 2. Implementation, coordination, and execution of construction works. 3. Research and implementation of best engineering practices. RESPONSIBILITIES: End-to-end project management in accordance with established budgets, reporting to the Department Head. Cost estimation and budgeting for small- and large-scale projects. Preparation of progress reports, identifying risks and potential solutions. Implementation, coordination, supervision, and execution of construction works. Identification and evaluation of global best engineering practices to adapt innovations to our country's reality. Self-management of continuous professional development, enabling assimilation of scientific advances and technological progress. Collaboration and coordination with internal company departments. Preparation and tracking of engineering and quality documentation. Contractor oversight. Direct contact with clients and suppliers. Commitment to the organization’s mission, vision, policy, objectives, and goals. COMPETENCIES AND REQUIREMENTS: Mechanical, Electromechanical or Electrical Engineering degree (MANDATORY) 2 years of experience in construction or metal-mechanical industry companies. English AutoCAD (MANDATORY) Microsoft Project (NOT MANDATORY) SolidWorks / Creo 3D (NOT MANDATORY) Willingness to travel for a few days per month. Immediate availability.
