Our product portfolio includes customized equipment, membrane and ion exchange technologies, system commissioning and operation, and chemical treatment and monitoring services. **Job Description** ------------------- **Position Mission:** Align all activities carried out at customer sites with corporate policies on quality, industrial and asset safety, and environmental protection. \- Apply all company tools to generate added value for customers, identifying opportunities for additional service sales and aligned with the concept of total satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** Ensure compliance with EHSS policies through metrics tracking. Lead a culture of safe work across all direct reports; audit areas where direct reports operate to identify safety improvement opportunities. Supervise frequent meetings with technical decision-makers across all customers, coordinated with the Service Manager, to present technical performance reports, verifying alignment with the technical proposal and identifying service improvement points while reviewing the value generation plan. Ensure team growth and professional development through e\-learning tools, meetings, succession planning, etc. Lead digitalization initiatives at customer sites, collaborating with the Project Leader to implement the district's digitalization plans. **Qualifications** ------------------ **Technical Skills:** Education: Chemical and/or Industrial Engineer Intermediate English level Valid Driver’s License (Mandatory) 100% on-site mode, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. **Know-how regarding chemicals and applied treatments.
