At For Your Growth, we support the hiring of a **Provider Manager** for a leading company in the national healthcare ecosystem. We seek a candidate with comprehensive business insight, strong negotiation skills, and strategic orientation, who is eager to take on the challenge of leading the evolution of a national provider network—with direct impact on service experience, quality, and sustainability. This role requires a cross-regional perspective across different areas of the country, working alongside regional leaders to define guidelines, build sustainable agreements, and ensure a provider network aligned with the business objectives of quality, service, and efficiency. ### **Key Role Challenges** * Lead the national strategy for engagement and negotiation with providers. * Define contracting guidelines and models aligned with business objectives. * Support the regionalization process and consolidation of the provider network. * Generate sustainable agreements, with a focus on service quality and experience. * Collaborate with regional leaders to support strategic decisions per zone. * Identify opportunities for expansion and strengthening of the provider portfolio. * Coordinate cross-functionally with internal areas—especially Health and Commercial. * Monitor market trends and propose improvements to management and negotiation models. #### **What kind of profile are we looking for?** We are targeting individuals with: * Experience leading teams and/or regional structures. * In-depth knowledge of the healthcare provider market. * Ability to negotiate, build relationships, and establish long-term agreements. * Strategic outlook and understanding of how decisions impact the business. * Capacity to operate effectively in dynamic, transformative, and highly visible environments. * Willingness to travel and maintain active on-the-ground presence. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience managing multiple provinces or regions. * Academic background in Health Management, Administration, Medicine, or related fields. * Postgraduate degrees or MBA programs focused on Management or Health. * Ability to integrate business perspective, service quality, and user experience.
