A prominent leader in the agricultural sector is currently seeking an HR Analyst to work at its offices in CABA and serve as the area's reference. The incumbent will comprehensively manage HR processes, ensuring order, compliance, and high-quality internal service to staff. This is a position offering autonomy and internal visibility, acting as the department's reference within the organization. Key responsibilities include: -Absenteeism, leave, and vacation tracking. -Payroll processing and follow-up. -ART (Workers' Risk Insurance) monitoring. -Recruitment and separation process management. -ARCA registration and deregistration administration. -Health insurance plan administration. -Preparation of management reports. -Responding to audits and administrative requests. What are we looking for? -2–3 years of relevant experience in similar roles. -Proficiency in end-to-end administrative HR processes. -Knowledge of Labor Contract Law (LCT) and Argentine labor regulations. -Strong Excel skills. -An autonomous, organized profile with strong confidentiality awareness.
