




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to define and maintain the monetization roadmap, design subscription and installment initiatives, and implement full customer journeys to improve performance and operational scalability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop the monetization strategy and design value-driven initiatives. 2. Implement and optimize end-to-end processes. 3. Imagine leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects—and being **responsible for:** * Defining and maintaining the monetization roadmap for the segment, with focus on incremental impact and efficiency. * Designing initiatives (value proposition, segmentation, pricing/benefit structure, eligibility rules) for Subscriptions (value capture, post-promotion retention, cannibalization risk), Installments (reactivation of inactive audiences, conversion optimization), and commercial missions targeting pre-approved potential customers. * Implementing and optimizing full customer journeys (end\-to\-end): communications, landing pages, operational manuals for channels, training materials, and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). * Building and automating recurring reports (results, cohorts, key insights, and recommendations).
