Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Management Head (PMO) to lead the comprehensive planning, monitoring, and tracking of institutional projects within a continuous improvement environment. At Grupo Hospital Privado, we are looking for a Project Management Head (PMO) to join our Administration and Finance Department. Our mission for this role is to lead the comprehensive planning, monitoring, and tracking of institutional projects, ensuring achievement of business objectives from initiation through completion. What will be your key challenges? Strategic Management: Plan and manage projects by defining clear timelines aligned with organizational goals. Team Leadership: Assign and supervise tasks while fostering collaboration and teamwork. Financial Control: Manage and monitor financial resources according to the allocated budget. Risk Management: Develop contingency plans to identify and mitigate potential risks during project execution. Key Relationships: Negotiate with suppliers to ensure availability of resources and materials. Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on progress and outcomes for senior management. What are we looking for? Education: Graduates in Business Administration and Management. Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or Scrum Master certification is desirable. Knowledge: Solid experience with agile methodologies (Scrum) and proficiency with specialized software tools such as Jira, Wrike, or Microsoft Project. Competencies: Candidates should demonstrate strong strategic leadership, negotiation skills, organizational ability, flexibility, and a high commitment to patient quality and safety.
