Position Summary: We are seeking a Facilitator for the Zabala Clinical Management team to enhance the patient experience in the emergency department, resolve operational issues, and coordinate solutions among medical, nursing, and administrative staff. In this role, you will transform that experience into a more human, approachable, and organized journey from the very first moment. **Responsibilities** • Monitor patient experience in the emergency department and propose improvements. * Resolve operational issues affecting patient experience and safety. * Act as a bridge between physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to coordinate real-time solutions. * Identify and manage patients’ and their families’ needs. * Ensure compliance with patient care and safety protocols. * Guarantee accurate communication among different emergency department sectors. * Assist with the use of technological tools (GA, Virtual Queue). * Guide patients regarding the various services and departments available at the hospital. * Manage scheduled appointments. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of customer service experience. * Experience in the healthcare sector (mandatory). **Benefits** Preferential access when contracting Swiss Medical products and services (surety, home, auto, retirement, life, savings, and Swiss Medical Cells insurance).
