Focus on staff well-being and development Human Resources Analyst (Deputy Head of the Personnel Administration and Development Division) The Hemoderivatives Laboratory is recruiting a Deputy Head of the Personnel Administration and Development Division (position equivalent to Category 5) to join the General Directorate of Human Resources. We are a non-profit public pharmaceutical laboratory belonging to the National University of Córdoba. To manage personnel administration, training, development, and selection processes—thereby contributing to achieving the laboratory’s objectives and staff development—the following responsibilities will be carried out: - Manage administrative personnel control and operational performance indicators. - Design, plan, and manage staff training and development programs. - Manage and support individual and group development processes. - Administer and execute (when necessary) recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. - Collaborate in comprehensive well-being and health programs. - Manage and keep updated the laboratory’s job description manual. - Plan and implement initiatives aimed at staff motivation and engagement. Required Education - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Human Relations, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related fields (mandatory). - Specialization in Organizational Psychology or Coaching training (desirable). Work Experience - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar positions within Human Resources departments (mandatory). - Experience in personnel administration and training processes (mandatory). - Experience in individual and team development processes (desirable). Required Technical Knowledge - Personnel Administration (mandatory). - Human Resources Management (mandatory). - Training and performance management processes (mandatory). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (mandatory). - Job description manual design and development (desirable). - Personnel selection processes (desirable). - Organizational Psychology (desirable). - Human Resources Management Systems (desirable). - Artificial Intelligence tools applied to HR management (desirable). Working Hours: 7 hours per day, Monday to Friday. During the training period, working hours will be from 8:00 to 15:00.
