To manage personnel administration, training, development, and selection processes—thereby contributing to achieving the laboratory’s objectives and staff development—the following responsibilities will be carried out: - Manage administrative personnel control and operational performance indicators. - Design, plan, and manage staff training and development programs. - Manage and support individual and group development processes. - Administer and execute (when necessary) recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. - Collaborate in comprehensive well-being and health programs. - Manage and keep updated the laboratory’s job description manual. - Plan and implement initiatives aimed at staff motivation and engagement.
