As part of the Solutions Design (pre-sales) team, you will have the opportunity to build a large client portfolio through analysis and value-driven proposals. The Solutions Designer plays a critical role in ensuring commercial target achievement and maintaining business margins. In this role, you will be responsible for providing consultative technical support to the sales team, designing solutions for diverse client business challenges, developing technically differentiated value proposals, and coordinating with various multidisciplinary teams to successfully develop and deliver solutions to end customers. **What You’ll Do:** * Support the sales team during client visits, solution presentations, and technical inquiries. * Be responsible for building, quantifying, and drafting technical service proposals for our clients. * Conceptualize and build new solutions leveraging Equifax’s data, platforms, and capabilities to address clients’ business challenges. * Submit internal development, process, or consulting requests to technical teams and track their progress. **What You’ll Need:** * Bachelor’s degree or advanced student in Technology, Marketing, or related fields. * +2 years of experience managing accounts/clients in a consultative capacity or with analytical consulting skills. * +2 years of experience delivering presentations and managing projects. * +2 years of experience designing, reviewing, and/or utilizing analytical solutions, products, or technological tools (e.g., workflows, decision engines, BI dashboards, etc.). * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Strong teamwork abilities, proactive decision-making, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ease in building interpersonal relationships. * Knowledge of analytics, data science, credit risk analysis, campaigns, or financial industry products or related domains. **What Could Set You Apart:** * Experience in pre-sales or sales roles within consultative selling processes at consulting firms or technology companies. * Experience in the financial sector, microfinance, and/or mass-market segments. * Experience in Analytics or Data Science. * Experience with technological, statistical, and/or visualization solutions or tools such as SPSS, Python, SQL, Power BI, and Spotfire (not mandatory).
