What challenges await you? Plan, coordinate, and supervise all operational activities of the branch. Develop staff schedules, arrange leave coverage, manage substitutes, and ensure shift coverage. Organize overall pharmacy operations: opening, closing, supply replenishment, cleaning, and maintenance. Perform and supervise technical duties as Technical Director: prescription auditing, record book control, drug traceability, and proper dispensing. Lead and support the team: training, resolving queries, communicating updates, supervising tasks, and addressing conflicts. Ensure commercial and administrative order: cash register control, suppliers, invoicing, deposits, stock, and inventories. Handle customer-related situations, manage complaints or issues, supervise service delivery and sales. Actively collaborate with other internal departments (HR, Procurement, Mutual Insurance, Administration). Requirements: What do we expect from you? University degree in Pharmacy (mandatory). Prior experience as Technical Director or Co-Technical Director. Demonstrable experience in comprehensive pharmacy operations, including team leadership, customer service, and administrative and technical tasks (not mandatory). Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation, traceability, psychotropic substances, and official prescription forms. Ability to plan, organize, and control processes. Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Basic proficiency in computer tools and management systems.
