Due to the opening of a new store, we are hiring an experienced Store Manager. We seek a results-driven Store Manager with strong leadership and a service-oriented mindset who ensures an excellent experience for our customers, guarantees sales target achievement, business profitability, and continuous team development. Main Responsibilities: Ensure achievement of the store's commercial objectives. Identify training needs and lead the team's continuous development. Maintain quality standards for products, customer service, and store presentation. Keep the team updated on operational changes, pricing, promotions, and new developments. Supervise the team’s daily operations during service hours. Foster a collaborative and committed work environment. Ensure timely and proper store opening and closing procedures. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food safety regulations. Resolve customer situations professionally, empathetically, and effectively. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in the foodservice industry (preferably in cafés, restaurants, or high-volume establishments). Experience leading teams. Advanced English proficiency.
