At La Fernetería, we are looking for an Event Coordinator to join our team. We seek dynamic, creative profiles with a strong customer orientation, passionate about organizing unique experiences and capable of thriving in high-pressure, fast-paced operational environments. On-site position - CABA Excellent work climate Commission-based work structure Key Responsibilities: End-to-end planning, organization, and coordination of social and corporate events. Personalized client attention and advisory services. Coordination with suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful execution of each event. Operational supervision during event setup, execution, and wrap-up. Management of schedules, operational requirements, and resolution of contingencies. Development and follow-up of client portfolio. Post-event follow-up and client retention. Proposal of creative ideas and innovative experiences for events. Achievement of commercial goals and event budgets. Requirements: Proven experience in event organization and coordination. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong service orientation. Organized, solution-oriented, and excellence-driven profile. Active client portfolio required. Experience in gastronomy, hospitality, or premium events is highly valued.
