In this role, you will transform every treatment, every team, and every decision into a more human, holistic, and effective rehabilitation experience. **Responsibilities** * Define, implement, and update kinesiological treatment protocols according to pathologies and specialties, to be used by all teams under your supervision. * Supervise the progress of ART and Prepaid patients by reviewing clinical records and participating in resolving complex clinical cases alongside the treating team. * Conduct periodic clinical audits to assess protocol adherence and the quality of services delivered. * Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in kinesiology, evaluating their potential integration into the center. * Participate in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and ongoing training of kinesiology staff. * Manage human resources tasks for the kinesiology team under your supervision—including periodic performance evaluations, individual improvement plans, workload assignments, shift scheduling, leaves, vacations, and ensuring clinical coverage. * Lead periodic kinesiology team meetings to analyze indicators, discuss clinical cases, and strengthen teamwork. * Monitor and manage inventory of kinesiological supplies and materials, placing appropriate orders with the Purchasing Department and verifying their quality. * Supervise the proper use, maintenance, and preservation of equipment and infrastructure within the department. * Coordinate with the administrative area on processes related to service registration, document management, and optimization of appointment scheduling—minimizing wait times and maximizing team productivity while ensuring operational efficiency of the service. * Prepare and present periodic management reports, including productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction indicators. * Represent the kinesiology service in center management meetings. * Manage and respond to patient complaints, claims, and suggestions related to the kinesiology service, promoting continuous improvement actions. * Ensure strict compliance with biosafety, cleanliness, and order standards across all service areas, promoting a patient safety culture and identifying and managing potential risks associated with kinesiological care. * Foster and maintain fluid communication with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive patient care. * Supervise and coordinate the training of kinesiology interns and post-basic kinesiology interns, defining their activity plans and systematically tracking their theoretical-practical progress—ensuring a comprehensive, high-quality training experience. * Guarantee a positive patient experience—from first contact through kinesiological discharge—ensuring clear communication and humanized treatment. **Requirements** * Professional degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Physical Medicine.
