Main responsibilities include: - Production, preparation, and dispatch; plating and service. - Sector organization and training of the kitchen team - Preparation and execution according to recipes - Stock control - Order reception - Collaboration across various station tasks Requirements: - Availability: Morning and afternoon shifts + one weekly day off - Residence: CABA area or convenient access thereto. - Education: Completed secondary education.
