Description and Responsibilities **Schedule:** Rotating shifts **Level:** Operational **Area of Responsibility:** Human Resources Objective Ensure the proper operation of production equipment, guaranteeing product quality, process stability, and achievement of production targets. **Main Responsibilities:** Ensure continuous operational performance of production processes, responding quickly and effectively to deviations or failures. Analyze and resolve technical issues affecting machine performance and product quality. Control and adjust process parameters, such as temperatures and other operational variables. Perform equipment commissioning tasks to ensure compliance with production and quality standards. Carry out mold (die) changes and necessary adjustments. Monitor production, efficiency, and quality indicators, proposing actions for continuous improvement. Requirements **Required Profile:** **Academic Qualification:** Electromechanical Technician or graduate from a technical school with a related specialization. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in industrial environments, preferably Experience in the plastic industry, injection molding, or blow molding processes will be valued.
