Resolve hardware, software, and network incidents. Install and configure computer equipment. Manage user account creation, deactivation, and modifications. Log and track support tickets. Escalate incidents when necessary. Collaborate in the maintenance and updating of equipment and systems. **Requirements:** Prior experience in technical support (preferably 1 year or more). Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, and networking. Familiarity with ticketing systems (desirable). Strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and service orientation. Studies in Computer Science or related fields (in progress or completed, desirable).
