Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and leadership-oriented Electrical Engineer or Electromechanical Engineer to coordinate resources, manage projects, and serve as the company's technical representative. Technical Representative This is a professional-level role with specific legal requirements: Education: Electrical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, or Electronic Electrical Engineer — an exclusive requirement. Professional Registration: Must be registered with the Cordoba College of Specialist Engineers (CIEC) with an active registration. Role Nature: Appointment to this position is an exclusive requirement. 1. Technical and Legal Requirements Education: Absolute priority given to Electrical or Mechanical Engineers, enabling them to act as Technical/Design Representatives before clients and regulatory bodies. Driver's License: Category B2 mandatory. Software: Proficiency in Tango Gestión (for computation entry), AutoCAD, and MS Project. 2. Experience and Management Career Path: Minimum 2 years in similar positions (5 years preferred). Resource Management: Ability to coordinate work crews, subcontractors, and materials, as well as conduct risk assessments jointly with Occupational Health and Safety. Administrative Liaison: Experience preparing progress certificates, managing change orders, and directly engaging with inspectors from official agencies (EPEC, Municipal Government). 3. Availability and Competencies Flexibility: Availability to attend scheduled outages and services during non-standard hours.
