Job Summary: We are seeking a Strategic Program Manager to lead organizational transformation initiatives, driving continuous improvement and process optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Lead high-impact strategic programs and continuous improvement initiatives. 2. Design and implement cross-functional initiatives for the organization. 3. Develop executive reports for C-level leadership and decision-making. We are supporting our client in identifying a STRATEGIC PROGRAM MANAGER responsible for leading strategic organizational transformation initiatives, driving continuous improvement programs, process optimization, and strategic roadmap execution in collaboration with key stakeholders and senior leadership. ROLE PURPOSE Lead high-impact strategic programs and processes, ensuring efficient execution aligned with organizational objectives and focused on continuous improvement, data analysis, and data-driven decision-making. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and implement cross-functional strategic programs and initiatives. Lead the project and initiative priority roadmap. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and internal stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement and organizational optimization processes. Develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive reports for C-level leadership. Monitor progress, risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement. Generate analyses and insights to support strategic decision-making. Support organizational transformation and evolution processes. EDUCATION Graduates in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Project Management, or related fields. EXPERIENCE Proven experience leading strategic transformation programs or projects. Experience in process management, continuous improvement, and cross-functional coordination. Experience engaging with senior and executive leadership. Experience in dynamic environments and complex organizations is highly valued. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Project and program management. Definition and tracking of KPIs. Information analysis and executive reporting. Advanced proficiency in analytical and presentation tools. Experience with agile methodologies and/or continuous improvement.
