Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and internal stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement and organizational optimization processes. Develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive reports for C-level leadership. Monitor progress, risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement. Generate analyses and insights to support strategic decision-making. Support organizational transformation and evolution processes. EDUCATION Graduates in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Project Management, or related fields. EXPERIENCE Proven experience leading strategic transformation programs or projects. Experience in process management, continuous improvement, and cross-functional coordination. Experience engaging with senior and executive leadership. Experience in dynamic environments and complex organizations is highly valued. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Project and program management. Definition and tracking of KPIs.
