We are looking for a dynamic professional with strong results orientation and leadership capability to ensure the operational excellence of our branch. What will be your main challenges? People Management: Coordinate shift coverage, train new hires, monitor absenteeism, and foster a collaborative climate. Operational Excellence: Supervise daily store order, ensure proper layout maintenance, and oversee correct product rotation (FIFO). Inventory Control: Conduct audits to prevent shrinkage/losses and ensure physical stock matches availability on the App. KPI Compliance: Monitor performance metrics, uphold health and safety standards, and propose administrative improvements. What are we looking for in you? Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience, preferably in warehouses or retail. Basic Excel proficiency (mandatory for reporting). Assertive communication and conflict resolution skills. Availability to work in fast-paced environments.
