What will be your mission in this role? Perform sheet metal folding and forming tasks by operating folder machines and other workshop equipment, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with production deadlines. Main Responsibilities - Operate folder machines to bend sheets according to drawings and technical specifications. - Perform welding tasks for assembly, fixation, or reinforcement of metal parts. - Prepare and adjust dies and punches according to material type, thickness, and design. - Perform sheet cutting using a guillotine, ensuring dimensional accuracy and squareness. - Perform grinding for finishing, edge cleaning, and correction of imperfections. - Verify dimensions, angles, and final quality of produced parts. - Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation. - Comply with industrial safety and hygiene regulations. - Report deviations, equipment failures, or maintenance requirements. Role Purpose You will be responsible for transforming raw materials into unique components, ensuring compliance with quality standards and contributing to the production team’s efficiency. Requirements Mandatory: - Proven experience operating folder machines (hydraulic, mechanical, and/or CNC). - Proficiency in operating guillotines and grinders for sheet metal work. - Experience in electric, MIG, and TIG welding applied to assembly and adjustment of metal parts. - Knowledge of metallurgical processes and experience working with various types of sheet metal. - Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Experience handling materials such as carbon steel, galvanized steel, and/or stainless steel. Desirable: - Experience in custom or mass-production workshops. - Technical education in metallurgical trades. - Additional knowledge of preventive machinery maintenance.
