Importante Logística is currently seeking a Point-of-Sale Advisor. · Main responsibilities include: - Advising customers on business-related topics: transit times, import/export procedures, advantages and benefits of our services. - Achieving sales objectives and goals by developing plans, ideas, and innovative proposals, and performing sales management. - Promoting shipment volume growth through team-based and individual strategies. - Making outbound calls to offer services and attract customers to Service Points. - Managing petty cash and payment methods. - Operating internal tools and systems to generate waybills and invoices. - Conducting calls and package deliveries at Service Points. - Coordinating cash-based customer imports. Requirements: - Completed or advanced university or tertiary education relevant to the business (e.g., International Trade, Customs, Administration, etc.) - Intermediate-level English proficiency - Proficient PC skills - Customer-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and excellent interpersonal relationships.
