We support our client in searching for a QA MANAGER tasked with leading the comprehensive quality strategy, ensuring operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. The role requires a strategic perspective, leadership capability, and results orientation, promoting continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. ROLE PURPOSE Lead and strengthen the organization’s quality management system, ensuring efficient process management and team development, with the objective of enhancing customer satisfaction and consolidating a culture of continuous improvement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the company’s Quality Management System. Manage and develop Quality and Customer Service teams. Coordinate supplier quality and qualification processes. Lead failure analysis and nonconformance management. Promote continuous improvement methodologies. Manage internal audits and ISO 9001 compliance. Participate in product development to ensure quality standards. Define and monitor departmental performance indicators. EXPERIENCE Minimum 10 years of quality management experience in industrial environments. University degree in Engineering, Quality, Administration, or related fields. Certification as ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or equivalent. Experience leading teams and continuous improvement processes. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE 8D, Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. ISO 9001:2015. ERP (SAP, Totvs or similar) and CRM. Excel, Power BI, and analytical tools. Intermediate/advanced English. BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES Leadership and strategic vision. Strong results orientation.
