Position Summary: An Architecture Studio is seeking a Project Designer for its Technical Office, to lead supermarket/industrial warehouse projects, coordinate consultants, and ensure timely delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and management of large-scale projects 2. Coordination and control with Technical Managers and External Consultants 3. Use of advanced technological tools: Render, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp Important: An Architecture Studio specializing in supermarket and industrial warehouse construction is incorporating a Project Designer into its Technical Office. Main responsibilities include: -Leading assigned projects. -Communicating with Technical/Commercial Managers of clients requesting the work. -Contacting, coordinating, and monitoring External Technical Consultants and Suppliers specific to each design phase and project progress. -Contacting, coordinating, and monitoring work execution in coordination with the Site Management team for each assigned project. -Conducting site visits to review progress, clarify project requirements for other team members and suppliers. -Technical and/or executive adjustments due to work contingencies. -Reviewing tender documentation stages + verifying compliance by service providers and/or contractors. -Preparing management reports; consolidating and applying management indicators. -Rigorous adherence to deadlines imposed by clients. Requirements: We seek architecture professionals with proven experience in industrial projects such as supermarkets, logistics centers, warehouses, and large-area sheds. Proficiency in professional technological tools (Render, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and/or other digital presentation-specific software) is mandatory. Leadership, project management skills, and strong interpersonal abilities are required.
