




Position Summary: We are seeking a Public Accountant professional to lead the structuring, automation, and management of the full payroll processing cycle and personnel administration in a technology-expanding company. Excellent work environment with direct interaction with management For a fluid control and industrial maintenance services company originally based in Cipolletti, currently undergoing significant technological expansion and transformation. The company currently maintains a permanent team of 130 employees in Mendoza and growing operations in Neuquén, projecting strong development and the introduction of new services in the short term. Reporting directly to the HR and Labor Affairs Manager, you will be the key person responsible for structuring, automating, and managing the company's full payroll processing cycle and personnel administration. Responsibilities: + Management and control of payroll updates using operational spreadsheets + Multi\-collective agreement payroll processing (primary focus on Neuquén, Mendoza, and Cuyo oil industry agreements, trucking industry agreement, and non\-agreement personnel) + Preparation of union payment slips and up\-to\-date maintenance of employee files + Management of employee onboarding/offboarding with relevant government agencies and ART registration administration + Data entry and verification in the SIRADIG platform + Configuration and entry of payroll calculation formulas in the Tango system + Active participation in innovation projects, such as implementing automated time\-tracking systems and integrating AI tools Requirements: + Graduate of Public Accounting (mandatory) + Solid experience in payroll processing within corporate environments or top\-tier accounting firms + Knowledge of collective agreements: Oil industry (637/11 hierarchical Neuquén and Cuyo; 643/12 and 641/11 private Mendoza) and Trucking industry (4089 Río Negro). Note: Experience with all listed agreements is not mandatory + Proficient use of the Tango system (Payroll module) and excellent command of digital tools.
