We seek technical profiles, preferably graduated or soon-to-graduate Mechanical Engineers, with solid experience in metallurgical, railway, industrial, or heavy machining environments. · Key Responsibilities Coordinate inspection, assembly, and repair tasks. Supervise processes related to suspension, braking, and axle systems. Lead operational teams of 15 to 30 people. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental procedures. Manage technical and production deviations in real time. Coordinate cross-departmental activities to ensure operational continuity. Monitor KPIs and process traceability. · Desired Technical Requirements Knowledge of suspension, braking, and axle systems. Experience in inspection, assembly, repair, and testing processes. Ability to interpret mechanical drawings. Proficiency with measurement tools and test benches. Knowledge of quality, safety, and environmental procedures. Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and management software. Full-time availability · Required Experience Student or graduate in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in: Industrial maintenance and repair; Heavy machinery; Metallurgical industry or equivalent sectors.
