Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to coordinate the machining and assembled components area within a major industrial company, leading operational teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate industrial machining processes, including turning, grinding, and pressing. 2. Supervise assembly, adjustment, and testing of wheel-axle assemblies. 3. Now is your time to grow and build your future! · This search targets technical profiles, preferably graduated or soon-to-graduate Mechanical Engineers, with solid experience in metallurgical, railway, or industrial machining industries. · Main Responsibilities Coordinate industrial machining processes, including turning, grinding, and pressing. Supervise assembly, adjustment, and testing of wheel-axle assemblies. Lead operational teams of 15 to 30 people. Monitor dimensional processes and adherence to mechanical tolerances. Ensure traceability of production processes. Resolve technical and operational deviations on the shop floor. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. · Desired Technical Requirements Experience in industrial machining processes. Knowledge of wheel-axle assembly and testing. Ability to interpret technical drawings. Understanding of dimensional tolerances. Proficiency in using measurement instruments. Dimensional and non-destructive testing. Production process traceability. Quality and environmental management systems. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other management software tools. · Required Experience Minimum 3–5 years of experience in: Industrial machining operations; Component assembly; Technical testing; Metal-mechanical processes.
