Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Technician to perform maintenance tasks and mechanical activities in a major food industry company, ensuring operational continuity. Key Highlights: 1. WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU? Efficiently carry out scheduled maintenance tasks and mechanical activities according to the general maintenance plan, meeting planned timelines for execution and ensuring equipment is delivered to internal clients on time and in full compliance with agreed deadlines and conditions. Methodical adherence to work procedures: preventive routines and corrective tasks, spare parts storage, hygiene and safety protocols, and personnel protocols. Conduct inspections, plant walkthroughs, and surveys. Work onsite with industrial equipment such as pumps, conveyor lines, and control systems. Intervene promptly during line failures to ensure operational continuity. WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE? Experience in maintenance of: Pumps (centrifugal / positive displacement) or Gearboxes, bearings, shafts, and seals or Conveyor systems (chains, rollers, sprockets) Knowledge of general industrial mechanics (mechanical seals, ejectors) Basic knowledge of compressed air generation and distribution systems. Basic knowledge of Electric Welding: Carbon Steel / Stainless Steel Knowledge of assembly and disassembly of gearboxes, motors, valves, and pumps: centrifugal, vacuum, positive displacement, and pneumatic. Proficiency with manual instruments (caliper, micrometer, clamp meter, multimeter) Electromechanical or Mechanical Technician degree OR proven experience in maintenance (MANDATORY) Accurate interpretation of Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic drawings Knowledge of refrigeration systems, ammonia / freon (desirable) WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?
