What challenges await you? Lead maintenance technician teams and coordinate contractors. Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Manage reliability and continuous improvement projects at the plant. Administer critical spare parts and stock levels. Monitor and optimize management indicators. Ensure availability and operation of industrial equipment. Apply improvement methodologies to optimize processes. Ensure compliance with safety standards. · We are looking for candidates who have: Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience leading maintenance areas and teams in manufacturing industries. Solid knowledge of industrial electronics/electrical systems and automation.
