Consultores de Empresas is currently searching for a Maintenance Operator to join a major metallurgical industry located in the Southern Zone of Córdoba. Job Objective Ensure the proper operation of plant equipment, machinery, and facilities by performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Main Responsibilities Perform mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance tasks on plant equipment and facilities. Diagnose and repair failures in production equipment. Carry out preventive maintenance on machinery and facilities. Intervene in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems. Record completed tasks and report anomalies to the relevant department. Collaborate on continuous improvement of maintenance processes. Requirements Completed technical secondary education (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience. Knowledge of industrial mechanics, industrial electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Proficiency in using manual and electric tools. Availability to work rotating shifts. Residence in the Southern Zone of Córdoba or possession of personal transportation. Preferred Qualifications Experience in metallurgical industries, foundries, or continuous industrial processes. Proactivity, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills. Working Hours Monday to Friday. Rotating shifts. Work Location Southern Zone, Córdoba Capital.
