Job Summary: We are seeking a Branch Supervisor to lead and oversee branch operations, including distribution, team management, and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. This opportunity may interest you! · We are looking for a Branch Supervisor for Tucumán, responsible for directing and supervising the branch to achieve objectives, quality standards, and financial targets, as well as managing and preparing budgets and control dashboards. · Key responsibilities of the position: · Comprehensive Management: Manage branch operations both administratively and operationally. · Distribution and Logistics: Plan distribution activities and manage and forecast transportation and vehicles (freight contractors) to be hired. · Operational Control: Monitor material arrivals via system reports and ensure achievement of distribution planning objectives and closure across all stages of the parcel assignments allocated to the branch. · Analysis and Metrics: Analyze and close the branch’s Pending Issues Dashboard, monitoring compliance with overall branch objectives. · Team Leadership: Oversee goal and task fulfillment by supervisors reporting to you in Administration, Scheduling, Dispatch, and Receiving areas.
